Our Story

Founded in the ancient city of Chiang Mai, the capital of Northen Thailand, Siam Pet Portraits is an artistic concept that transforms your favourite photo into a timeless portrait of your beloved pet.

Nestled in the mountainous north, Chiang Mai is a city known for its rich cultural heritage, craftsmanship, and vibrant creative community. A place where art and tradition are part of daily life.

Siam Pet Portraits was born out of a love for animals, art, and the magic that happens when the two come together.

Years ago, my parents sold hand-drawn pet portraits through a small family-run project, and the response was always the same—happy customers, heartfelt reactions, and beautiful memories preserved through art. After seeing the impact these portraits had on people, I knew it was something worth continuing.

Now, we're re-launching that idea with a fresh perspective—working closely with a small group of talented local artists here in Chiang Mai, each with over 20 years of experience in fine art and portraiture. Every portrait is carefully created by hand, using only a photo of your pet as inspiration.

How it Works

Simply email us your favourite photo, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your order is placed, one of our skilled artists will begin work on your custom portrait. This process typically takes around one week, but is dependant on artist availability. When it’s ready, we’ll send you a preview for your approval—because your satisfaction matters most. If you’re not completely happy, we’ll work with you to make it right, or offer a refund of 80%. Once approved, your portrait will be securely shipped via registered post.

We work with a small group of highly skilled artists here in Chiang Mai to create beautiful, hand-drawn pet portraits that capture the unique spirit of your beloved companion. Each artist is fairly paid for their work, and we never compromise on quality.
